Lighting Design Alliance looks for motivated and talented staff for entry level positions. As an entry level Designer, you will be exposed to a wide variety of design projects. Applicants should be well organized, self driven, and have good communication and time management skills. Technical skills should include AutoCad, Revit, AGI, and Adobe Creative Suite. Sustainability, Daylighting, and Graphics skills are preferred but not required. The position offers a dynamic and creative work environment with travel opportunities both domestic and abroad. Teamwork is highly encouraged by working in a studio setting which allows senior designers to mentor and work closely with junior designers. Our latest Smartboard technology further encourages the team mentality by creating a collaborative work environment.
At Lighting Design Alliance not only do we come together on projects creating, collaborating and producing. We like to get together outside of the office from team building events like project site visits and analysis to educational events and awards banquets.
Lighting Design Alliance’s famous boat trips can be the highlight of our year, with the occasional escape to the Israel mountain house for a ski trip or to see exceptional Sierra Nevada mountain range an awe for even the Coloradans of the office.
