The District at Tustin Legacy is a entertainment-retail center with over a million square feet of retail space. The District marks the initial core development of the Tustin Legacy project, a 1600 acre mixed use development in Orange County.
Lighting Design Alliance planned the exterior lighting for the project, including lighting for all building façades, hardscape, landscape and parking. Several core concepts were developed and used throughout the project as common threads such as up/down palm tree ring lights and LED “points of light” as accents. Other elements, such as the color changing façade wall wash at the covered valet drop off, were specified to give special emphasis to distinct areas of importance for increased visibility and way-finding.
