Harvard-Westlake School is an independent co-educational day school for grades 7-12. The recently completed campus modernization project replaced an older administration building with a new Library/Science building featuring a library wing, administrative offices, nine science classrooms and three library resource centers that can also be used as teaching spaces. The new Academic Building houses the English, math, and performing arts departments and features 24 new classroom spaces plus a large multipurpose auditorium. Low glare fixtures, both wall and pole mounted, were used throughout the exterior of the campus to provide comfortable lighting that would not disturb the neighboring residential areas.
